What should I send with my enquiry?
Send what you know. A short description is enough to start, and bottle photos, cap photos, drawings, samples or output details can be provided later.
Can I ask about a complete bottle line?
Yes. Use the message box to describe the project, whether you need an individual bottle capper or a complete filling, capping and labelling line.
Send the smallest useful capping enquiry
You do not need a finished specification to start. Describe the bottle, the closure and the problem you want to solve in a few sentences. For example, explain whether the work is currently done by hand, whether caps arrive already placed, or whether the project includes feeding loose closures. This helps distinguish a tightening station from a wider automation project.
If several packs are involved, label them A, B and C and keep photographs under the same references. State which pack is most urgent and which is difficult to run today. Avoid sending a large unlabelled selection where the relationship between bottle and cap is unclear.

- When available, send a neck drawing, closure drawing, filled-bottle weight and a short view of the current handoff into capping.
